📦 BioZox Refunds & Returns Policy

At BioZox, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds and laboratory-use products. Due to the sensitive nature of our inventory and strict regulatory standards, our Refunds & Returns Policy is outlined below.
1. 🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason except in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item due to our error.
- Your order was damaged in transit and is unusable upon arrival.
Once a product has shipped, it cannot be returned, even if unused or unopened.
2. ✅ Refunds for Errors or Defects
We will issue a refund or replacement only if:
- We shipped the incorrect product.
- The item arrived with severe damage to packaging or contents.
To request a refund:
- Contact us at contact@biozox.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the product, outer packaging, and any damage.
- If approved, we may offer a refund or reship the correct item at no cost to you.
3. ❌ Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed due to our expedited fulfillment process. Please verify your order details carefully before checkout.

All BioZox products are sold for laboratory and research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. By purchasing from BioZox, you agree to use all materials in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
